General Photo Session Policy

 

 

Hello! Thank you for considering Double B Photography to capture your special moment. Please review our policy prior to booking. 

 

Policy: A non-refundable deposit equivalent to 50% of the session price is required prior to booking. Full payment is required before completion of your session. Once photos are up for review there will be no refunds or no reshoots. Pricing & turnaround time are subject to change based on the characteristics of your photo shoot. Minimum of 14 days turnaround on most sessions. If the needed add-ons is not requested at the time of booking, an additional fee may result at the time of your shoot. 

 

Cancellation Policy: If for any reason the Client cancels before the scheduled date, the deposit and any consultation fee is non-refundable. Cancellation must be made by text or email ONLY. If the client requests to change the photoshoot session, I will do my best to accommodate and no cancellation fee will be charged if the new date is available and within two weeks of the original date. Your photoshoot can only be rescheduled once. After the newly rescheduled date, any further changes to the date will result in a new deposit needing to be paid. If I am not available for the new date, you forfeit your deposit and any consultation fee. 

 

Photo Rights: Publicity Right/Promotional Use of Images. Parties agree that DoubleBPhotography may use images from Clients shoot for commercial usage, including, without limitation, promotional videos for exhibition to other potential clients of DoubleBPhotography.

 

MODEL RELEASE: The CLIENT hereby assigns DoubleBPhotography the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the CLIENT or in which the CLIENT may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, educational and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same without restriction. The CLIENT releases all claims to profits that may arise from use of images.

Payment of deposit constitutes as agreement to DoubleBPhotography policy and procedures.
